CoachMatic Tech Support is designed to help you optimize and manage your CoachMatic system. However, it does not include services outside of the CoachMatic platform, such as Facebook ads management, social media management, full funnel/website builds from scratch or extensive integrations with non-CoachMatic platforms. Our focus is on enhancing and supporting the functionality within CoachMatic to ensure a smooth, efficient experience. If you need extra help with these additional services, our agency can support your needs, however, they are not included in the CoachMatic Tech Support tiers.
All support requests must be submitted through our official request form to ensure proper tracking and processing. Requests submitted outside of the form (e.g., via email or community chat) will not be prioritized.
Unused support requests do not roll over to the next month. However, additional support hours can be purchased separately if you need more assistance.
You can use your Concierge Support hours for a wide variety of tasks within the CoachMatic platform, including:

Elite Plan: Within 24 hours
Unlimited requests apply under a Fair Use Policy, meaning:
👉 You can submit as many individual requests as needed.
👉 Requests must be reasonable in volume and align with coaching business needs.
👉 Each request should be a single task (e.g., “Set up an email sequence” rather than “Build my entire marketing funnel”).
👉 Requests will be processed in the order received, and priority is based on your plan level.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Yes! If you need live assistance, we can arrange a screen-sharing session or call to walk you through specific tasks or provide training. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note, these sessions will be deducted from your overall support allowance.
Our Concierge Support focuses solely on the CoachMatic platform to ensure our team’s expertise is aligned with your needs. For tasks outside of CoachMatic, like other third-party tools, funnel builds, or website design, we recommend consulting with specialists in those areas. However, if you need assistance with connecting another tool to CoachMatic, we will do our very best to help you with this, but no guarantee can be made as it may be outside our teams expertise.
Support requests are tied to your CoachMatic account and are non-transferable. This policy ensures we can provide personalized and consistent support for each CoachMatic member based on their individual setup and needs.
Once we’ve completed your request, we’ll notify you via email with a summary of what was done and any additional information to keep you informed. For ongoing tasks, we’ll provide regular updates on progress.
If you exceed your package limit, you can:

👉 Upgrade to a higher-tier plan for more support
👉 Request a custom support package tailored to your business needs
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for unused requests or time, but you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
All clients will have access to a Dashboard to monitor their remaining support requests, submitted tasks, and progress updates in real time.
